Planning a smaller get-together? Les Suites features two Royal Suites – ideal for meetings of up to eight people.

Flexible Meeting Options

The meeting facilities at Les Suites Hotel Ottawa can comfortably accommodate groups of up to 60 and can be tailored to fit your individual needs. Classroom, boardroom, theatre and banquet style seating arrangements are possible.

  • The Byward Suite (858 sq. ft.)
    Designed to accommodate up to 60 people, the Byward Suite is the largest of our meeting rooms. Complete with cloakroom, two washrooms, balcony and breakout room, it’s perfect for business meetings, seminars and workshops.
  • The Rideau Suite (681 sq. ft.)
    The Rideau Suite is ideal for a business meeting or hospitality event. This facility seats up to 40 people and comes complete with two washrooms and a cloakroom.
  • The Garden Suite (513 sq. ft.)
    A unique boardroom and one-bedroom suite combination, the Garden Suite is an excellent choice for a business meeting of up to 20 people or as a hospitality suite for up to 40 guests.
