What is check-in/check-out time?
Check in begins at 3:00 pm, but you can check in anytime between 3:00 pm and 2:00 am.
Check-out is at 11:00 am, but there are paid options for a later check-out time, which can be arranged through our front desk.
How much is parking, and can it be reserved?
Parking is $33.00/night (plus taxes), available on a first come first serve basis.
Is breakfast included?
No, but we do have a café in our lobby, and plenty of near-by options we can gladly recommend.
Is the Shaw Centre close?
Yes, the Shaw Centre is a quick 5-minute walk from the hotel.
How far is the hotel from the airport/train station, and do you have shuttle service?
The train station is about a 10-15 minute drive away, and the airport is about 20-30 minutes drive away. There is no airport shuttle service. Public transit can easily be taken from the train station via LRT LINE 1 towards Tunney’s Pasture. A taxi or Uber is best from the airport.
What are the kitchens equipped with? Do we need to bring pots or pans?
All you need to bring is your food! Our kitchens are equipped with full-sized appliances, a microwave and toaster. Everything you need to cook and eat with is included.
