Les Suites Hotel Ottawa is pleased to offer the Best Internet Rate Guarantee program. This program provides us the opportunity to build trust and loyalty with guests that prefer to make their reservation online through our website – as we guarantee you will not find a lower rate for our suites anywhere!

Example: Make a reservation on our website at www.les-suites.com. Then, we’ll give you 48 hours to look everywhere imaginable for a lower rate. If within those 48 hours you are able to locate a lower rate for the same suite type, and reservation dates, you need to provide proof 48 hours prior to check-in and we will honor the rate you found and provide you with an additional 10% of the rate uncovered. Subject to the terms and conditions listed below:

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Reservation must be made through Les Suites Hotel Ottawa reservation channel (www.les-suites.com).
   The Best Internet Rate Guarantee does not apply to the following:

    

   1. Rates that are not publicly available, such as negotiated corporate or group rates.
   2. Discount rates offered only to members of groups or individuals who meet previously-specified criteria, including AAA members, seniors, and government employees.
   3. Package rates that include the suite and other components such as parking, entertainment, and/or non-breakfast meals.
   4. Package or group add-on rates that extend the length of a stay.
   5. Rates negotiated for stays extending beyond 30 nights.
   6. Rates that are available on auction Web sites.
   7. Rates available on Web sites, such as Priceline and Hotwire, that do not disclose the hotel brand until the reservation is completed.
   8. Pre-paid rates that involve a voucher or other form of pre-paid certificate (including electronic vouchers and certificates).
2. The Les Suites Hotel Ottawa rate and the ‘comparison rate’ must be found within 48 hours and must be for the same hotel room type and reservation dates with the same cancellation, advance purchase policies, and other terms and conditions
3. The Les Suites Hotel Ottawa reservation department will verify the ‘comparison rate’ within 48 hours of your arrival and notify you of the results. The claim must be processed before check-in
4. The ‘Best Internet Rate Guarantee’ must be reserved via www.les-suites.com by the general public and be verifiable by Les Suites Hotel Ottawa.
5. Rate comparison will be made net of any taxes, gratuities, or any other fees associated with the room rate and the comparison rate must still be available at the time Les Suites Hotel Ottawa validates the claim. Rate disparities solely attributable to fluctuations and/or differences in currency exchange rates are excluded from the ‘Best Internet Rate Guarantee’
6. When the claim is for multiple nights, the rates will be compared for each night separately
7. Void where prohibited by law. Les Suites Hotel Ottawa reserves the right to modify or cancel the guarantee at any time without prior notice
