InnVest Hotels General Manager Conference brings together leaders from across the company’s national hotel portfolio to celebrate achievements, share best practices, and recognize excellence in hospitality.
During the 2025 annual event held in Calgary, Les Suites Hotel Ottawa was awarded the prestigious 2025 Guest Guru Award, recognizing the hotel as the top-performing property for overall guest service excellence across the InnVest Hotels portfolio.
The Guest Guru Award is presented annually to the hotel that achieves the highest overall guest satisfaction score throughout the year. Competing against more than 110 hotels across Canada, Les Suites Hotel Ottawa earned the distinction through its unwavering commitment to exceptional hospitality, personalized service, and memorable guest experiences.
To be recognized among so many outstanding hotels across the country is a testament to the passion, dedication, and care our team brings to our guests.
Shine On Awards.
The Shine On Awards, launched in April 2022, is a new program developed to recognize excellent service in all areas of front line hospitality.
The awards are presented at an annual gala to celebrate Ottawa’s visitor economy. Nominations are compiled throughout the year and judged by a panel of industry experts to determine winners in each category, as well as a final Shine On Award winner.
At the annual awards galas, Les Suites Hotel team members were recognized for their stellar customer service:
