Check in begins at 3:00 pm, but you can check in anytime between 3:00 pm and 2:00 am.
Check out is at 11:00 am, but there are paid options for a later check-out time, which can be arranged through our front desk. We do our best to accommodate any requests for early arrivals and late departures. Please ask when making your reservation.

Your reservation must be cancelled by 4:00 pm the day prior (24-hours in advance) to your scheduled arrival to avoid any cancellation or no-show charges on your credit card. Failure to do so will result in a one-night charge (plus taxes) being applied to the credit card used to guarantee the reservation.

All reservations require a valid credit card to guarantee the reservation. The hotel reserves the right to authorize your credit card prior to arrival. Upon check in, you will be required to provide a credit card and matching government-issued photo ID for payment of room and taxes, and a $250 incidental deposit. The $250 is released upon departure should there be no incidentals applied to your room during your stay. Please note that the incidental release may take up to 7 business days to be visible on your online statement. We do not accept cash, debit, visa debit, pre-paid credit cards or cheque as a form of deposit. 

Parking is $33.00/night (plus taxes), available on a first come first serve basis.
Should you require parking during your stay, you may pull up in front of the hotel in the guest loading zone while checking in. We recommend that guests unload their luggage prior to parking their vehicle. Parking is in our secure, above ground lot with unlimited in and out access. The garage entrance is on Daly Ave., at the rear of the hotel.

There is no airport shuttle service. A taxi or Uber from Ottawa Macdonald–Cartier International Airport (YOW) is usually the quickest way to get to the hotel. As well, you can take OC Transpo public transit (Route 105, O-Train West) from the airport into downtown. The O-Train stop on Rideau St. is two-blocks from the hotel.

Yes, the Rogers Centre Ottawa is a quick 5-minute walk from the hotel.

No, but we do have a café in our lobby, and plenty of nearby options we can gladly recommend.

Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel after check in is completed.

Les Suites has a heated indoor pool along with a 24-hour Fitness Center.

All you need to bring is your food! Our kitchens are equipped with full-sized appliances, a microwave and toaster. Everything you need to cook and eat with is included.

Yes, your pet is welcome here. There is a non-refundable Pet Guest Fee of $50.00 per stay, per pet, to a maximum of seven (7) nights. If the stay exceeds seven (7) nights, an additional fee of $50.00 per pet will apply per seven (7) night period.
We also have pet-free floors available upon request for guests with sensitivities and allergies.

Yes. Les Suites has extended-stay rates for stays of a month or longer. Our suites have fully-equipped kitchens, ensuite washer/dryer, ample space and are ideal for longer stays. For extended-stay rates, please contact our sales team: 1-800-267-1989 or sales@les-suites.com.
